God Loves Us More
Romans 5:8 NIV
"But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
It takes a lot to love a person through both the good times and the dark times. Oftentimes, we see friendships and relationships crumble in dark times. It's in the dark times that even some family members may walk away. But here's the thing: People will never be able to love us the way God loves us. God will always love us more. John 3:16 tells us that God loves us so much that He sent His one and only Son so that whoever believed in Him would not be condemned to death but would see new life in Heaven with Him. God used His one and only Son, His son whom He loved and was pleased with, as ransom so that our sins may be forgiven and that we may live in a close relationship with Him. That's how much He loves us. And you want to know the best part? He didn't die for perfect people. He didn't die for us at our best. No, He met us in the dark and He loved us even though we are sinners. Unlike people, God doesn't just love us in the good times. He loves us through the bad times. And even though we are not worthy of His unfailing love, He loves us anyways.
